Great concept, good writing...

I really liked this episode, and look forward to seeing more episodes of RIAG. This was a nice introduction to the series, setting up the concept and introducing the characters.

I read the author's comments, and wanted to comment on point #2: sound.
I think you're actually quite good at voice acting, and thought the voices were well done. I think you need to do some basic engineering work on the sound itself, though. The sound-levels especially need work. I found I had to keep my hand on the volume knob, because some sounds were really loud and others were very quiet. If I set my volume so that I could hear all of the voices, some of the music and a few of the louder voices were really, really loud.
I think that may be what you were trying to say in point #1: jumpy sound. I don't think it's absolutely required that you fix this episode, but I really do think you should take time to adjust the sound for episode #2.
(if the sound had been more consistent, I would've definately rated this episode 10/10 instead of 7/10)

This should've made daily top 5, dammit!

I don't really know what to think of the NG voters, sometimes. This is sorely under-rated! I guess it just doesn't have the required amount of sprites, DBZ, Sex&Violence(tm), or something.

Craven Moorhead? Just that name is worth a w00t! & a fi5en!!

Cheese&Rice, people!

What? Yeah, I said it. I meant it, too.

ps: (for those who don't get it)

"Craving More Head"
c'mon! that's good material, folks!!

It's a good piece of work...

... but I'm afraid I'll have to disagree with you on your conclusion.

Pepsi is a drug. Legalizing one while making the other is a crime... especially when third-world farmers can't make a living growing Pepsi.

I'm sorry I had to score it low...

I thought your art was fantastic, and your animations were really smooth, and I get the feeling you had a good story to tell...

But the irksome cover tune performed by the tired and long beyond stale, post-Load "Metalipop" was more than I could take, and I was forced to stop playback.

I really did try to get past your choice of song for your soundtrack and concentrate on the story and the flash-skilz displayed, but I just could not bear it.

I'd probably love this if I could watch the whole thing, but I couldn't bear even one more note of that gawd-awful dreck produced by the sad, empty husk that once was Metallica.

Mr Jason Dix = Excellent Human Being!!

OK, I know it looks bad. I'm reviewing this and it's got my name on it - right there under Jason's - but I'm not worthy!

I want to say that ALL of the animation, the writing, the editing, the acting, the talent and the skill in this movie are direct from Mr Dix to you. I want to take a moment to point that out. I'm really just a huge fan of his work, and I feel honored that he's been so cool!

My contribution to this episode of S.A.M.V. was very, very small. Jason asked me for permission to use some music by Kineto, and since I sing for Kineto, I was able to get him our blessing.

I did get to see some early roughs, and got a chance to read his script, but that seems more like a treat for me than helpful to Jason. Truthfully, all I could say about it was that it's excellent and I could hardly wait to see the final cut!

That's it - my miniature bit of involvement in the creation of this wonderful movie - and Jason is such a generous person he gave me credit as an Author!!

I know we've all experienced free-blam-points, but I think I may be the first person ever to get a free-daily-feature-award!!!1!

Mr Jason Dix: all of that skill, all of that raw talent... and a really, really great person, too!!

Thanx, J450N! You're c00l!!

Don't downplay yer involvment, dude! I give you what I feel is completely appropriate props! The music is one of the reasons the film flowed so well, and you KNOW it! You're band ROCKS and I am honored to share the spotlight that you so truely deserve! Thanks again for the support, bud! You helped me out more than you realize!

HUZZAH!

GO KIENTO PLAY LIVE EVERYONE!!! They are the next TOOL!!!

Very interesting.

That was very nicely done, and shows a very unique style and lots of creativity. I don't think I've seen anything quite like it. I'm not quite sure exactly what was going on, or why, but I really did enjoy it. I feel sorry for those two guys, but I feel even sorrier for that poor tortoise.
Poor, poor tortoise...
pissing itself.

Excellent.

Very nice flash-work! Perfect timing and an excellent blend of creepiness and humor set "Asian Pornstar" in the ranks of the best %5 of NewGrounds. If this doesn't hit the daily top 5, I'll be shocked.Shocked!
