It's great for a first submission, and it should have a higher score.
It's probably doing so poorly because you made the fatal error of telling the voters it's your first submission. I'm willing to bet most aren't even watching it before blamming... it's usually a safe bet with n00bs. sorry. true.
Keep it up, man.
You really do have some skill, and you'll likely be great one day...

I'm sorry...

This was a fairly decently made animation, and the artwork was above average too...
I just have a personal rule that I follow:
"any newgrounds submission that has a break-dancing p3n0r gets blammed."
So, nothing personal... I just don't like quite so much "male-genetalia" in my entertainment.

Weird Al doing a (fake) Devo song, "Dare to be Stupid" == Great.
George Bush's face shown during that song == Perfect.
Broken preloader that takes for-friggin-ever (way longer than the load) == !1337 (that means "bad")
I voted to save, but it could've gotten a better score with a functional preloader.
You should fix it!
